i appreciated the large room and comfortable beds. the proximity to the shopping mall and metro made getting around simple. nearby cafes provided convenient options for quick bites. the hotel facilities were well kept, (the pool was a real highlight).
it wasn't overwhelming, but i detected it each time i passed through.

the breakfast buffet featured a very diverse selection of dishes. i noticed noodles, soups, and various specialty items. there were even ice cream options, a fun addition for everyone.

The hotel offered direct access to Terminal 21. This provided many options for dining and shopping. The proximity to the BTS Asoke station was a plus. This made travelling around the area simple.
One bathrobe in my room had stains. I found this unacceptable. I did not always receive two of each complimentary drink. Face cloths were never provided despite towel replacements. These details affected the experience.

the hotel is very close to the bts station. the bts covered walkway access is easy from the lobby with the escalator. the location provides good connectivity.
i changed rooms twice. the bathrooms all had problems. the first room had dirt and stinky water coming out of the water pipe. the second room's bathroom ceiling was leaking. it was the worst stay i've ever had.
